Join Louisville Dive Center for a breathtaking getaway in beautiful Fiji.

We begin with 7 nights at an incredible resort on the Bligh Waters in the north of Viti Levu, Fiji's main island. Divers will see for themselves why Fiji is known as the soft coral capital of the world. With dive sites such as Mellow Yellow and Purple Rain, underwater here is a true kaleidoscope of colors.  But that's not all, shark, rays and a range of pelagics call this island home, not to mention the schools of fish and other marine life. Top side offers amazing cultural experiences such as local villages, waterfalls and more. Our resort home for the week provides top notch service, opulent cuisine and fabulous spa packages yet all delivered in a relaxed atmosphere in a way only the Fijians can do.

One week and one part of Fiji is never enough so we have an optional add-on to extend and enhance your trip. Join us for an additional 5 nights at the southern part of the island for a completely different experience! While the Coral Coast also offers colorful soft corals, the hard corals and the marine life that live amongst them here are also fabulous. This area is also home to the famous shark dive - considered by many as the best shark dive in the world where up to 7 species can be seen on a single dive! This area is also known for its topside attractions and the list is endless. From authentic cultural experiences to adrenaline sports, this area has it all. In fact, we encourage even our most avid divers to take a break for a day or two to enjoy the rich experiences the local scene has to offer. Our home here for the next few nights is a little lower key than our first resort but still has all the amenities you could want, great scratch food and has an authentic feel and intimacy that by the time you leave you feel like one of the family.

Directly translated Pura Vida means "pure life". In Costa Rica, the term Pura Vida is used more to say that everything is great, life is good, and to convey the Ticos' general attitude towards living a relaxed, happy lifestyle. When you join us this fall in Costa Rica, as well as finding a little pura vida of your own, we are also giving you a taste of what this amazing country has to offer with an itinerary that does just that! 

With a few days on the stunning pacific coastline, we will enjoy diverse and thrilling diving with large schools or reef fish and pelagics as the norm. We will be looking and listening for the humpback whales that migrate through at this time of year as we dive with shark, and various types of rays including the possibility of manta. If diving is not your thing, this vacation still has you covered. With so much to see and do from cultural tours and nature hikes, some of the world's best ziplines, river cruises, white water rafting, canyon trekking, the list goes on.

In fact, Costa Rica's land-based attractions are so amazing that this trip actually takes us away from the ocean for a couple of days to explore inland all together!  For 2 nights we will stay at a beautiful hotel with its own natural hot spring pool with direct views of Mount Arenal, a stunning, active volcano. Our land explorations also include a sloth encounter, a walk through the rainforest looking for the incredible life that awaits us as we take in the amazing flora and fauna while we cross waterfalls on hanging bridges! We bring our vacation to a close with a soak in one of the most picturesque natural thermal springs in the country. Ahhhhhh....Pura Vida awaits!

The Municipal Government will be charging all guests in the area of Cozumel an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $30.00 Mexican Pesos (approx. $2USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.
