May, 2010: Pensacola offers some of the Gulf of Mexico’s best diving. With inshore wrecks covered with marine life to the USS Oriskany Pensacola has it all. The Oriskany, is a Korean War-era aircraft carrier that was sunk off the coast of Pensacola. It is one of the most amazing dives in the world. At almost 1,000 feet long the Oriskany is a city under water for divers to explore. Here at LDC we have more wreck experience than anyone in town (including dives on the Oriskany.)

• Are looking for an exciting, long-weekend getaway.

• Want to dive one of the world’s most incredible wrecks.

When Does It Take Place?

Here is the schedule:

• Friday: We drive down. This is about a 12-hour drive; carpooling saves money and makes the ride more fun.

• Saturday and Sunday: Weather permitting), we will dive the Oriskany and at least one other wreck.

• Monday: We drive back.

How Much Does it Cost?

Pricing is $495 per diver. The trip fee is due at sign up.

What Is and Is Not Included?

The trip price includes:

• Three nights’ accommodations.
• Two, two-tank boat dives.
• Air fills.

Divers are responsible for:

• Transportation.
• Meals.
• All equipment.
